About Love4Heart

Too many hearts have been broken by the loss of someone we love to cardiovascular disease — the world’s biggest killer. Behind every statistic is a family, a story, a life cut short.

We exist to change that. Our mission is to bring hope, knowledge, and care to everyone affected by heart disease. We connect people with trusted information, compassionate support, and medical resources that can truly make a difference.

Together, we believe in a future where fewer lives are lost, more hearts are healed, and everyone has the chance to live longer, healthier, and with love that endures.

Our Goals

Our goals set out our bold ambitions to help save and improve lives. Everyone at Love4Heart will focus relentlessly on achieving them.

Stop Heart Disease Before It Starts

For many, heart disease can be prevented. Yet millions remain at heightened risk of heart disease and stroke — and that number continues to rise. Conditions such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and obesity are creating a ticking time bomb of future ill health, threatening to devastate families and place unbearable strain on our healthcare systems.

What’s more, these conditions are far more common in our most disadvantaged communities. But together, we ha\ve the power to change this.

Our Role:

In the coming years, we will invest in cutting-edge research and innovation to transform how cardiovascular conditions — such as heart attacks and strokes — are prevented and detected. We will also use our voice and influence to urge governments and health systems to take stronger action against the root causes, including high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and obesity.

Save More Lives from Heart Disease

Cardiovascular diseases — from congenital heart defects that affect newborns to heart failure that impacts grandparents — remain the leading cause of death across the world. Even more troubling, progress in reducing premature deaths from these conditions has stalled, and in some places, it’s beginning to reverse.

The greatest injustice is that the impact is not felt equally. Where you are born or live can determine your chances of survival. People in the poorest communities are up to three times more likely to die young from cardiovascular disease than those in the most affluent areas.

OUR ROLE:

We will grow our investment in groundbreaking research, leading to advances in how we diagnose, treat and cure cardiovascular diseases. And we will continue to inspire a Nation of Lifesavers, trained in CPR, to give more people the best chance of survival if they have a cardiac arrest.

s people live longer and medical treatments advance, more individuals are living with life-limiting conditions such as adult congenital heart disease, heart failure, and vascular dementia.

In their most severe forms, these conditions can turn even the simplest daily tasks into overwhelming challenges. They also place immense emotional and physical strain on families, caregivers, and our healthcare systems.

Once again, it is those in the most disadvantaged communities who bear the greatest burden — living in poor health for longer, often because of heart-related conditions. Our mission now goes beyond saving lives; it’s about helping people live well, for longer.

Our Role:

In the years ahead, we will continue to invest in cutting-edge research that could unlock new treatments for conditions such as heart failure and vascular dementia.

We will also expand the information and support we provide — ensuring it’s easier to access and available to everyone who needs it, exactly when they need it most.
